My dream is to open and operate a nano-brewery and North Carolina beer lounge. I envision the brewery as a craft beer lover’s paradise, where friends and family will come and experience our unique beers, learn about different beers and how they are made, what foods pair best with which beer, and what the history of a certain style is. Not only will we serve our own in-house brewed beers, we will offer a variety of other North Carolina beers as well. Craft beer lovers are always on the search for the next best beer. In that spirit, we want to add collaboration beers with a guest brewers from other N.C breweries in order to continually have something new and unique on tap for customers to experience that they would not get anywhere else.
Its going to be a long road, but well worth the effort!
